  • Seizures
  • Trouble Breathing
  • Any injuries to the eye
  • Ingestion of any poisons such as antifreeze, rat poisoning, human medications, household cleaners, fertilizers, pesticides, or other harmful chemicals
  • Blood is seen in urine or feces
  • Broken bones
  • Patient is unconscious
  • Swollen abdomen that is hard to the touch
  • Strains or is unable to urinate (especially for male cats)
  • Any form of trauma such as hit by a car
  • Vomiting and/or diarrhea for more that 24 hours
  • Has gone more than 3-4 hours between delivering puppies or kittens
  • Signs of being painful such as whining or shaking
  • Bleeding from eyes, nose, or mouth
  • Serious bleeding
  • Bite wounds or lacerations

We always tell owners to use their best judgment since you know your pet the best.   If your pet is acting abnormal at all then never hesitate to call. If you pet is distressed in anyway please come right in.
